I continue to ask myself if I am ready to let go. Ready to let go of food as a friend, with friends and as a central thought during the day. At 11:30 I was amazed that I had not let the thought of food take over my morning. Usually by 9:30am I am ready to decide what I will be eating for lunch and by 3pm I am ready to know what's for dinner. I hope that these small victories will fuel my soul to see that there is a way to let go of my desires for food.
